Currently, building the tooling and infrastructure for frontier model development and also adapting to how to work best with AI. Previously, I was leading design for the home buying experience at Opendoor, ran my own wedding video business, and worked in the biomedical industry.

Cash-backed offers (Opendoor)
During COVID, as the housing market heated up with low interest rates, I helped pilot a new offer type for our buyers that backed their offers with our cash, helping them win in a competitive market. This eventually rolled out to all of our buyers.
Booking home tours (Opendoor)
I lead the re-design of the touring experience that increased the tour booking rates and lead to more offer creations.

This was part of a hackathon project that I lead designs for our app’s first chat experience.
Making an offer (Opendoor)
Buyers look for guidance for next steps after their tour, which is why we built a post-tour experience that offered the right guidance.
